- It contains Senna, a stimulant laxative; therefore, it should not be used continuously for long periods without medical supervision to avoid dependency.
- Take 3 to 6 grams (approx. 1 to 2 teaspoons) of the churna with lukewarm water or warm milk.
- Consume at bedtime for a clear bowel movement the next morning, or as strictly directed by an Ayurvedic physician.
